We offer an entirely flexible relocation service to companies and their employees and can tailor a package to suit almost any circumstances. Some of our main services are as follows:
Anyone, deciding whether to move to Scotland, will have lots of questions about what it's actually like to live and work in Scotland. Employees will wish to know the quality of life they can expect from living here and our pre-relocation briefings can help them build an accurate picture of all that Scotland has to offer them, their spouse/partner and family.
It is extremely important that employers fully consider their employees (and their families) quality of life in Scotland before their employee moves, as this will strongly contribute to their actual willingness to relocate and the eventual success of their relocation to Scotland.
In a pre-relocation briefing, we will,
- Answer all questions an employee has about Scotland, whether that's about the weather, housing, schooling or any other aspect of living in Scotland.
- Understand an employees' perceptions of their quality of life in their current location and evaluate whether this same quality of life can be expected and achieved in Scotland, albeit in perhaps different ways.
- Ask specific questions that can be used to understand an employees expectations and their needs and desires from a move to Scotland (eg. desire for a certain style and type of property, the schooling needs of their children and the opportunities for a spouse or partner to find a new job and enjoy a good social life in Scotland.)
Employees and their families should look forward to moving to Scotland and our primary aim in a pre-relocation briefing will be to alleviate as many anxieties and worries about moving to Scotland as possible and to help them determine whether the move will be right for them and their families.
Scott Monument, Edinburgh
Many employees and their families will naturally wish to visit Scotland in person, before they commit to moving here.
We can arrange to meet employees and their families and personally guide them around any areas they are considering moving too. We can also recommend the best hotels to stay in, the best places to eat and the must see areas of Scotland. We can produce itineraries for stays of just a few days or up to two weeks.
It will be our job to show them what a beautiful and fascinating country Scotland really is and, ultimately, to have helped them make up their minds whether Scotland is rght for them. If a very specialised tour is required we have contacts with some of the best private tour operators in Scotland.

Our Home Search package includes the following:

- Personally visiting properties that meet the brief and thoroughly assessing whether they should be included in a shortlist of properties for our client to view.
- From an initial select shortlist of 4-6 properties, we will personally accompany clients to assess each one and arrange second or third viewings if any appeal.

New Town, Edinburgh
One of the most important factors in any move is ensuring the continuity of schooling for children. It is extremely important that children find a school they will be happy in and we will work with employees and their families to find exactly the right kind of school, whether that be private or state run. We will provide details of the best schools to visit and all the school statistics that are needed to make a well informed decision.
Employees who are visiting Scotland for just a few weeks may be more comfortable in serviced accommodation than in a traditional hotel room. Serviced accommodation offers an employee a great deal more space and flexibility, in their own flat with their own kitchen, which can often feel more homely than a hotel room. We can arrange quality serviced accommodation in all the major Scottish cities and be on hand to assist with any other requirements the employee may have while settling in.
Employees and their families will have many questions about Scottish culture, customs and how politics and government operates in the UK and in Scotland. We offer short courses covering all these areas so that employees and their families will be more socially aware and familiar with the way things are done in Scotland. Courses can be delivered in person, over the phone or by email.
