We will meet with your personnel department to discuss the relocation needs of your company and to establish a relocation brief in accordance with your companies relocation policy, employee assistance program and budget.

Once a brief has been agreed, we shall then meet the relocating employee and the search shall proceed as follows:

1. Employee Meeting
We'll discuss with your employee their property requirements and how the process works. This is a short, confidential meeting that can either be in person or over the phone.

3. Property Brief

4. Area and Property Tours
We will draw up a short-list of properties, that closely meet your employees brief, and show them the areas and properties that we believe they will like. We will always endeavour to personally preview properties to ensure they are of an acceptable standard and meet the brief.

5. Negotiate the Rent and Terms of the Lease
Once your employee has selected a property they wish to rent, we will fully explain the Scottish system of renting a property and help to negotiate the let of the property at the best possible price and on the best possible terms.

6. Furnishing and Moving-in
A large majority of properties in Scotland come furnished to some degree or other, but there will be the employee's own furniture or appliances to move in and the possibility of needing new furniture or appliances. We can help your employee move in their own furniture, purchase new items and furnish the property to your specification. We can also be on hand to help your employee check in to the property and to ensure that they and their family settle in smoothly and comfortably.
